• Tickets once sold, can't be refunded.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
• Seat allocations can't be altered after the purchase of the tickets.
• Children above 2 years old will require a separate ticket.
• Children below the age of 18 years cannot be admitted to see movies certified 'A' or 'R'. Customers need to carry proof of age for movies certified 'A' and 'R'.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the theater's boundaries.
• Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders.
• Shuvakamana Cinema Hall management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
• Unauthorized filming of movies using Camera, Tiktok, or Snapchat is strictly restricted inside the auditorium.
• All dangerous or hazardous items are not allowed inside the theater's boundaries.
• Chewing tobacco, betel nuts, chewing gum, and smoking are strictly restricted inside the auditorium, but you can only smoke in the smoking zone.
• Person who is drunk or has consumed any kind of drug element is not allowed to enter the theater's boundaries.
• Any person shall not degrade the properties of Shuvakamana Cinema Hall. Any person who is involved in the damage to facilities or equipment has to pay full compensation to the management.
