The user accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions when accessing the cinema premises and its services. Users shall be updated with any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

• All patrons must carry a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the show is canceled by the management.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• Viewers must strictly follow the age ratings set by the Film Censor Board. Children below the required age will not be allowed entry even with an adult.
• Patrons are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the movie starts. Latecomers may not be permitted inside once the show has begun.
• The management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual for safety, security, or misconduct reasons.
• Carrying outside food or beverages inside the cinema is not allowed. Snacks and drinks can be purchased from the cinema’s concession stands.
• Mobile phones should be kept silent or switched off during the movie to avoid disturbing others.
• The use of cameras or any recording devices inside the cinema is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against anyone found violating this rule.
• Patrons must behave respectfully and responsibly while inside the premises. Any misbehavior or damage to property may result in removal and further action.
• Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings inside the cinema hall.
